K2, also known as Spice, is usually a variety of synthetic cannabinoid that is usually bought as an herbal incense or potpourri and marketed for a lawful alternative to marijuana. The expression “K2” refers to a selected brand of synthetic cannabinoids, but it is generally used a lot more broadly to describe several artificial cannabinoid goods
